After you defeat the two Spitters, tidal waves will come in that will let you jump up to the ledge where this Bot is.

Just after the Baseball Dispenser you'll enter a hallway with huge tidal waves. Shortly into it you'll find Bot 5 hanging by a rope from the cieling. After you exit the tidal wave hallway you'll hit another Checkpoint. Continue forward to the tightropes and use the tidal waves to jump on. Climb to the highest point of the second tightrope to get to Bot 6. At the next Checkpoint, look left to see a large Fish sign in the sand.

To the left of it will be this bot hidden in the sand himself. At the end of the level you'll enter another hallway, this time with the water rising up to the cieling. After getting past all the Jellyfish, turn left to spot this Bot on a metal ledge. Edit Status Wishlist. Bot 1 advertisement. Was this guide helpful? Leave feedback. In This Wiki Guide. Astro Bot Rescue Mission lets you take control of Astro, the Bot captain of a ship on a mission to rescue its lost crew, who are scattered over 5 planets.

Crude Humor, Fantasy Violence. On the other end of the wooden walkway will be the next Checkpoint. Cross over to the left side and grab the eight Coins on the wreckage, then look right to spot a Small Footballer. Punch one of his balls back to take him out, then use the tidal waves to make it over to the tightrope and walk over to where the Footballer was to pick up Bot 3. Before getting to the next Checkpoint, check to the left of it for a grey Shell you can punch for Coins, then jump onto the wooden wreckage with the Blue Trampoline on it that will let you reach some Coins.

Walk up to the Baseball Dispenser and get ready to throw! First, throw one at the starfish on the ceiling with the Impact Plate icon on it to knock down a Bot. Before you get to him though, throw Baseballs at the two Spitters on the back wall.

Use the incoming tidal waves to reach the platform and free Bot 4. Swim over the tidal waves through the ruined hull. On the floor will be two Coin Containers, which you can easily get by using a Beam Glide, which shoots through the water. Also be sure to rescue Bot 5 hanging from the rope. Get onto the ledges on the left wall for some Coins before progressing forward. Kill all of them here and remember to pick up the Star Coin up on the right-hand wall, then trip the Checkpoint ahead.

Here, Beam Glide over the Jellyfish ahead and make your way right towards the tightropes. Use the tidal waves to reach the lower one, which will allow you to jump over and get to the higher one with two Knockers that show up and free Bot 6. Back down on the ground, defeat the Stompers and the Spitter on the rocks, then kill the two Smoky Spikies in the middle as you cross to the left side and hit the next Checkpoint.

Directly to the left of the Checkpoint will be a sign, and Bot 7 buried in the sand to the left of it. After saving him, kill the Small Footballer, and hop over the flotsam, killing some Piranhas in the water and another Small Footballer at the end, which will trigger another Checkpoint.

In this area, pick up some Baseballs from the Dispenser and use them to kill the Spitters that show up the second one will be behind you on the left wall. Swim to the left wall to pick up a Star Coin, then swim along it to kill a Piranha and trip the last Checkpoint.

Carefully navigate the right side of this hallway, using Beam Glides to kill the Jellyfish as you go down. Face forward and have Astro grab the Star Coin on the wooden ledge high up the wall, then swim forward to the final chamber where the Goal is.

Smash all the Coin Containers to the left of it, then jump on to be blasted out of the whale and finish the level! Edit Status Wishlist.

This affordable A spindle is equipped with a 6. A built-in part ejector propels the finished part into the optional parts catcher for automated operation. Note: Not compatible with the tailstock option. Not compatible with the Bolt-On turret. Our two-stage automatic parts catcher moves completely out of the primary work envelope during machining, and quickly moves into place when commanded at the end of cycle.

For parts with short cycle times, the arm can be left in the extended position, with only the tray rotating up to catch parts at the end of cycle. The catch tray is easily adjusted for different part-off locations, and can be positioned to catch parts from either the main spindle or optional sub-spindle. The new tailstock design allows setting the hydraulic pressure as low as 60 psi 4. The Acme screw drive system provides better tailstock support during heavy roughing operations.

This optional high-voltage internal transformer is not field installable; it must be ordered with the machine. Optional high-performance spindles have a higher power requirement than the standard spindle. Verify the power requirement before running power for your machine. Her research interests include HIV vaccine research, microbicide research and other biomedical and behavioural interventions, and she is an investigator in testing two HIV vaccine regimens in late stage clinical development. He has been an author on over manuscripts in the field of infectious diseases and has an extensive track record in infectious diseases research and practice covering clinical, laboratory and epidemiological aspects.

He is an HIV and TB immunologist focused on studying the immune response to these pathogens in affected tissues, and how this relates to what can be observed from the blood. The research goal is to improve understanding of the immunopathology of TB and HIV, using this information to aid in developing novel therapeutic approaches and diagnostic biomarkers.

His research has centered on understanding the mechanisms by which the human immune system recognises the Mycobacterium tuberculosis M. His work has a strong translational component, asking if both classically and non-classically restricted T cells are associated with infection with M. The translational significance of this research is centred on informing the development of novel vaccines and diagnostics for childhood TB.

Her current research focuses on HIV broadly neutralising antibodies and their interplay with the evolving virus. Recent studies published in PloS Pathogens, Nature and Nature Medicine have highlighted the role of viral escape in creating new epitopes and immunotypes, thereby driving the development of neutralisation breadth, with implications for HIV vaccine design.
